I invite you to join me on tours that explore the tastes, stories and people that surround bread. I am passionate and knowledgeable on the story of soil to slice. I spent three years working with local farmers, was funded to work at a tide mill for five years, researched the craft of bakers for six years and make my own sourdough. So you could say my life is BREAD.
I am now running tours in London and in the near future will be running tours in Paris, Bordeaux and Berlin. Please do get in touch if you are interested.
